Things got editorial at the Bradford

Juan was able to be part of an amazing styled shoot at the Bradford in Raleigh, NC. This was planned by The Bradford and talented wedding vendors. The Bradford is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Raleigh, NC today. Thank you Brenda for putting this shoot together so we can showcase our work. Planning a styled shoot is not a walk in the park, it takes time to set a style, look for vendors that fit that style, and coordinate with everyone who is available to be there. Brenda did that and more, thank you.

Why styled shoots?

Styled shoots provide a platform for exploring new ideas, embracing artistic freedom, and experimenting with techniques. Unlike capturing real weddings, photographers have the chance to curate and design elements of the shoot. It's less documenting and more experimenting in a way.

Styled shoots bring together various wedding vendors, such as planners, florists, makeup artists, and stylists, who collectively contribute to the overall aesthetic of the shoot.

This networking helps all the vendors expand our professional circle, opening doors to partnerships and referrals in the future.

A critical aspect of attracting new clients and standing out in the competitive wedding photography industry is to have an outstanding portfolio. Styled shoots offer the perfect opportunity to curate a portfolio that showcases our unique style, creative flair, and technical expertise.

We plan on continuing to do styled shoots and bridal portraits in the future as they offer an array of unparalleled benefits. They assist wedding photographers in expanding their creative boundaries, enhancing their portfolios, and growing their professional network.

Thank you to all the talented vendors who contributed to this shoot. I can't wait to do this again soon.
